Kibbee is: The Signature entree of Middle Eastern cuisine. My American husband calls it Lebanese meatloaf! 😂

Ground beef and/or lamb, with ground onions and Lebanese spices. It can be eaten raw or baked in a casserole dish or formed into small balls the shape of a football and stuffed with meat and pine nut mixture and then deep fried.
