Recipe for Hushweh - Lebanese Rice

Hushweh
3 cups Uncle Ben’s Rice
1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
1/2 or 1 stick butter melted
1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
1/2 or 1 stick butter melted
1/2 cup or 1 cup of pine nuts
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
4 cups chicken broth
Salt, pepper to taste.
2 dashes AllSpice and cinnamon
Pieces of 2 chicken breast (optional)
4 cups chicken broth

Rinse starch out of rice and soak 30 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together.
Place in deep pan.
Add chicken broth.
Cook over medium heat uncovered. Do not stir.
Cook until liquid evaporates, turning heat back as needed.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 10 minutes before stirring. Enjoy!
